When Doves Cry is Waka's foundation, built around career-driven support, mental wellness, and suicide awareness. It exists because getting healthy is not only about what your body can do. Plenty of people who look fine on the outside are carrying something heavy, and a 5K does not fix that on its own.
Every Flock Run carries the foundation with it. The run is the front door. The foundation is what is on the other side of it.
