How long is Waka's Flock Run?
It is a 5K, which is 3.1 miles. You can run it, walk it, or run-walk it. There are three pace crews so you can roll with people moving at your speed: The Front at around 8 minutes per mile, The Pack at 8 to 10, and The Stroll at 12 plus.
Do I have to be a runner?

What actually happens on the day?

After that comes the recovery zone with cold plunges, a recovery lounge, and stretch and sport massage tables, then a vendor village with food and a DJ set, and the day closes with a live headline show by Waka and friends. Every city runs 11am to 2pm.
How much do tickets cost?
Tickets start at $35. Pricing varies by city depending on the performance and what is included. There is also a free RSVP for the vendor village and the concert if you do not want to run.
