Read this. It is short on purpose and it matters.

A 5K is physical activity and it carries real risk. That includes falls, heat, collisions with other runners, uneven ground, and in rare cases serious injury or death. By registering you are saying you are choosing to take part, you believe you are healthy enough to do it, and you accept those risks.

You agree to release Waka Flocka's Flock Run, its organizers, staff, volunteers, sponsors and venue from claims for injury, illness, or lost or damaged property arising from your taking part, including claims caused by their ordinary negligence.

This release does not cover gross negligence or willful misconduct. Nevada law does not allow those to be waived and this waiver does not try to.

Photos and video taken at the event may be used to promote the Flock Run. Tell a staff member on the day if you would rather not be filmed.

If you are registering someone under 18, you are their parent or legal guardian, you are agreeing on their behalf, and you will be with them at the event.

If anything hurts, stop. There is medical staff on site and no finish time is worth getting hurt over.

Running is physical activity and it carries risk. By registering you are saying you are taking part by your own choice, that you believe you are healthy enough to do it, and that you accept the ordinary risks that come with a 5K, including injury.

You agree that Waka's Flock Run, its partners, its venues and its staff are not responsible for injury, illness or lost property, except where that is caused by their own gross negligence or where the law does not allow it.
